THE HAIR GROWTH CYCLE
The Hair growth, ending, beginning cycle actually involves five movements. Nonetheless, different professionals do have preferences as to how they describe the phases or stages. For some it is the Anagen stage (phase), the Catagen, and the Telogen, giving it three stages and a return to the Anagen. Others Name the phases as Anagen, Catogen Telogen, and early Anagen for 4 stages. Still others give the stages as Anagen, Catagen, Telogen, Exogen, and the new beginning Anagen for the new hair growing. In all , what matters is that the effort is to assure that there is a clear understanding of the fact that Hair Loss is a natural born process. Like breaking finger nails, they continue to grow unless the nail bed is damaged. So also does your hair continues to grow, and you continue to shed hair as a matter of that process.
